KNOW THE POLICIES

  1. Because I am a licensed tattoo establishment, NO CHILDREN OR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY.

  2. Must be at least 18 years old to receive service.

  3. A government issued photo ID must be attached to the online Consent/Health Forms. If you can not provide a government issue ID, I will not perform the service. This is a State Law for Georgia & Florida.

  4. The procedure cannot be performed on skin surfaces where sunburn, rash, infection, open lesions, or other questionable skin lesions exist and will not be performed on any person who is impaired by drugs or alcohol.

  5. Any body artist can refuse service to any individual, at any time, and for any reason.

  6. All Consent/Health Forms must be filled out same day when booking your appointment.

  7. Cosmetic Tattooing is not suitable for the following candidates;

    -Using Accutane.
    -Have heart conditions or using heart medications.
    -Keloid scarring.
    -Have diabetes (will require a physician's note).
    -Have skin disease or irritations.
    -Have iron deficiency
    -Have had Botox in less then 2 weeks.
    -Have gotten a deep tan or chemical peels in the last 4 weeks or show any sign of sunburn to the face.
    -Allergic to lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine, tetracaine or epinephrine.
    -Anyone who has any serious medical conditions may require a physician's note (Please call, text or email if you have a medical condition.)
    -If you are pregnant or nursing.

Policies

ALL COSMETIC TATTOOING APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE.

RESCHEDULING: Anytime up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment you can RESCHEDULE. The booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment date if rescheduled 48 hours prior to appointment. You are allowed to reschedule 2 times till loosing your deposit and having to rebook your appointment again. Cosmetic Tattooing booking deposits and payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule by going back to your original booking email.

CANCELATIONS: If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your booking fee. All Cosmetic Tattoo booking fees are non-refundable. *Cancelations on the day of your appointment will not only forfeit your booking fee but will also be charged 50% of your remaining balance. NO EXCEPTIONS


LATENESS: Life happens. Which could sometimes result in you running late for an appointment. Unfortunately, if one client is late it affects our whole schedule for the day. Therefore, I reserve the right to deny service to anybody who arrives 10+ minutes past their scheduled appointment. Denied services due to you running late, not showing nor calling will be charged 50% of your remaining balance. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I strongly encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please familiarize yourself with the location. Please allow time for weather, traffic, distance and parking.

COSMETIC TATTOOING DEPOSITS: A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is due at the time of booking to secure all appointments. This booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your Cosmetic Tattooing appointment and will be credited towards your procedure.

COSMETIC TATTOOING BALANCE: Remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion during your first visit.

COSMETIC TATTOOING TOUCH-UPS: Your first touchup needs to be completed 5-10 weeks after your initial visit. This touchup is crucial for the best results.

  • It is important that you schedule your followup as soon as possible to ensure it is scheduled within the 5-10 week window. All followups are schedule on this website. Please note that all appointments require a non-refundable deposit.

***Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly at an additional fee.

****$125 price increase on Color Boost services if 5-10 week touch up was not completed by prior client.


EXISTING BROW TATTOOS: I am extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, I request that you email me clear photos of your brows for approval (browtherapybycc@gmail.com please allow up to 48 hours for response) BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo and how many sessions you received. Please remember deposits are non refundable. If you book your appointment and pay your deposit before receiving approval, we cannot guarantee you will be approved and you will lose your deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: Cosmetic Tattooing is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client, and due to the nature of the procedure, NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions is crucial! Pre Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. ​Brows are NOT meant to stay as dark as they initially appear immediately after procedure. Your brows are gradually and continuously getting lighter as your skin is always naturally regenerating and exfoliating itself. Color boost are recommended to keep your brows looking their best.
